Goal: Setting an institutional framework through public-private cooperation for citizens’ action against corruption.

Objectives:

• Establishment of Rural Call Center on entrepreneurship basis in Thakurmunda and Jashipur block of Mayurbhanj district
• Adopting Visible tracking system adopted at block level with appropriate MIS at panchayat level.    
• Development of specific Capacity building modules and IEC materials.
• Strengthening of the project support system 

There are innumerable acts coming for the livelihood security of the poor people to improve the quality of life but the success for the same is a big question mark and there is no one accountable for this. In view of better service delivery and resource management by the social watch group with their ownership Sambandh has established two Gram Soochna Kendra (GSKs) in Jashipur and Thakurmunda blocks of Mayurbhanj district. They are functional on the entrepreneurship basis. It has been started as a campaign against corruption. During the intervention capacity gaps at the local Panchayat levels were addressed. This initiative is for the poor people who sometimes are not aware of their rights and if aware faces difficulty to avail it. Three major areas of focus through this intervention are Right to work for sustainable livelihood (NREGA), Right to information for empowerment (RTI) and Right to self-governance (PESA).
