"Sambandh" literary means "relationship", views development as a comprehensive economic, social, cultural and political process aiming at well being of the poor and marginalized section of society on the basis of their active, free and meaningful participation. Time has come for universal law for a redistribution of rights and resources. We want to cross the history not only knowing the mistakes but also setting certain process in the empowerment of the marginalized and poor so that they will struggle for the lasting change in their quality of lives.
